Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it was informed that Justin Dowley, non-executive Chairman, bought 12,149 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Melrose Dividend Reinvestment Plan. These shares were purchased on 16 October 2019 at a price of 194.55 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dowley now holds an interest of 1,423,395 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.029% of the issued share capital of the Company.
