NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that on 12 September 2013, conditional awards over ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for no consideration were made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility detailed below. The number of Shares referred to below is the maximum available if the performance targets for the period, which commences on 1 January 2013 and ends on 31 December 2015, are met in full.
