Mountfield Group plc (AIM:MOGP), a provider of integrated specialist construction support services, announces the resignation of Rakesh Patel as non executive director of the Company, with immediate effect, to allow him to devote more time to his accountancy practice.
The Board has initiated a search for a replacement non executive director.
Chairman of the Mountfield Group, Peter Jay, said:
"We would like to thank Rakesh for his valuable contribution to Mountfield, he has played an important part in the Group's development and we wish him well in the future."
