Warrant terms amendment

The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings, Ltd. (AIM: TLDH.L) announce that the Company has today amended the terms of 20,322,664 warrants that were issued (and remain unexercised) at the time of admission to AIM by extending the expiry date to 13 November 2014. All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged. 18,700,000 of the warrants are held by Fred Krueger, Guy Elliot, David Weill, Clark Landry, and Mike Mendelson (all of whom are directors of the Company) as follows:
