Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the top-level domain registry company, has been made aware that 85,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased by the Company on 25 November 2020, not 170,000 Ordinary Shares as announced on that day.

Therefore, the Company's issued share capital consists of 875,618,996 Ordinary Shares. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should use the figure of 875,618,996 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
