Antony Van Couvering appointed as Chief Executive Officer

Fred Krueger continues as Chairman

Caspar von Veltheim appointed as Director of European Operations (non-Board)

The Board of Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings Ltd (AIM: TLDH.L) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Antony Van Couvering, formerly Chief Operating Officer of TLDH, as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Van Couvering is also chief executive of TLDH's wholly-owned subsidiary, Minds + Machines, Inc. Fred Krueger will continue as Chairman of TLDH.

TLDH has also appointed Caspar von Veltheim, the current chief executive of Minds + Machines Germany, as Director of European Operations (non-board appointment).

Fred Krueger, Chairman, commented:

"With the news that ICANN has established a timeline for the introduction of new generic top-level domains, TLDH is now increasing its operational focus. Antony's appointment has long been foreseen and we are very pleased to be making this step. Antony's deep experience in the domain field and proven success as an entrepreneur and manager make this move a natural evolution in our company."

Antony Van Couvering added:

Mr. von Veltheim, as chief executive of Minds + Machines Germany, has been working on emerging top-level domain projects with entrepreneurs as well as regional and municipal governments throughout Europe. His appointment to Director of European Operations will bring an on-the-ground European perspective to the Company, and demonstrates the importance of European operations to the Company's overall strategy.
