Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed on 28 February 2013 that Guy Elliott, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.5p per ordinary share on 27 February and on 28 February 2013 purchased a further 750,700 ordinary shares at 8.5p and 250,000 ordinary shares at 9p. Guy Elliott now holds 31,787,050 ordinary shares (including 186,350 ordinary shares held by his wife) representing 5.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
