TLDH announces that it was informed yesterday that Michael Salazar, a director of the Company, on 9 October 2013 acquired 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.95p per ordinary share. As a result Michael Salazar is now interested in 910,375 ordinary shares representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
