Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed today that on 4 September 2012 David Weill, a director of the Company, has through Bellone Investor Services Inc, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5p per ordinary share. Bellone Investor Services Inc is now interested in 12,750,000 ordinary shares representing 2.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Patrimoine International Limited, a company controlled by David Weill, is interested in 1,020,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

In aggregate therefore David Weill is interested, directly and indirectly, in aggregate in 14,020,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
