Application Window Re-Opening Update

Top Level Domain Holdings (AIM:TLDH) is pleased to notify shareholders that the Internet's governing body, ICANN, has announced that the technical glitch affecting The Application System ("TAS") has been resolved and that ICANN intends to re-open the Application Window on 22 May until 30 May. The date on which ICANN will reveal the full list of gTLD applications is yet to be confirmed.

ICANN has informed the Group that while two of its filed applications had a non-descriptive file name exposed due to the technical glitch, there is no evidence that any unauthorized users were able to download or view the contents of these attachments.
