(a) Interests in M&C's ordinary shares held by other subsidiaries, and therefore concert parties, of CDL
Hong Leong Investment Holdings Pte Ltd ("HLIH") indirectly holds 48.552 per cent. of CDL's issued share capital and is a concert party of CDL. CDL considers HLIH to be its immediate and ultimate holding company. In addition, Kwek Holdings Pte Ltd and Davos Investment Holdings Private Limited hold 29.1 per cent. and 33.6 per cent. of the shares in HLIH respectively and are considered to be associated companies of HLIH. Kwek Holdings Pte Ltd and Davos Investment Holdings Private Limited are wholly owned by various members of the Kwek family.
(b) Interests in M&C's ordinary shares held by Barclays Bank plc and/or Merrill Lynch International, joint financial advisers to CDL None (other than Rule 8 exempt entities).
