BOARD CHANGES

A & J Mucklow Group Plc, the Midlands based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), announces the following future changes to the Board and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Stephen Gilmore, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, intends to step down as a Non-Executive Director at the end of the Company's financial year on 30 June 2019. Mr James Retallack, who joined the Board and Remuneration Committee on 1 June 2018, will take over the Chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee on 1 July 2019, by which time he will have been on the Committee for more than the 12 month period, in accordance with the requirements of the July 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.

Rupert Mucklow, Chairman, commented:

'I am sorry to be losing Stephen as a Non-Executive Director from next year. He has been a valuable member of the Board for ten years and I would like to thank him on behalf of the Board for the significant contribution he has made to the Company during his tenure.'
