Grant of Options & PDMR Interests

The Company announces that it has granted options ("Options") over a total of 86,193 new ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") under the Company's CSOP staff option plan and under its unapproved share option plan. The exercise price for these Options is 42.4p, which was the Company's closing share price on 17 December 2021, being the latest practicable date prior to the grant of options. The Options have a three-year vesting period.

The Options were awarded as follows:

Peter Connell, Chief Financial Officer, has been awarded 18,837 Options. Following this grant, Peter holds a total of 913,933 Options as well as 378, 552 Ordinary Shares.

Odi Lahav, Chief Operating Officer, has been awarded 22,169 Options. Following this grant, Odi holds a total of 695,181 Options as well as 792,299 Ordinary Shares.

Mark Pattimore, Executive Director, has been awarded 19,245 Options. Following this grant, Mark holds a total of 917,418 Options as well as an interest in 2,094,280 Ordinary Shares.

Jonathan Bale, Executive Director, has been awarded 5,896 Options. Following this grant, Jonathan holds a total of 500,896 Options as well as 2,501,550 Ordinary Shares.

Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Director, has been awarded 8,254 Options. Following this grant, Charles holds a total of 93,724 Options as well as an interest in 110,793 Ordinary Shares.

Andreas Tautscher, Non-Executive Director, has been awarded 5,896 Options. Following this grant, Andreas holds a total of 48,631 Options as well as 39,300 Ordinary Shares.

Geoff Miller, Non-Executive Director, has been awarded 5,896 Options. Following this grant, Geoff holds a total of 48,631 Options as well as an interest in 175,000 Ordinary Shares.
