Enhanced Buyback Facility Update

The Enhanced Buyback Facility, as detailed in the circular published by theCompany on 25 January 2013, closed on 20 March 2013.

In order to process all of the application forms received pursuant to theEnhanced Buyback Facility, the Board has decided to extend the date on which itintends to purchase existing shares and issue new shares in respect of the 2012/2013 tax year from 26 March 2013 to 4 April 2013.

All valid applications received pursuant to the Enhanced Buyback Facility areexpected to be accepted in full with no anticipated scaling back ofapplications.

Details of the tender price and issue price, together with the number ofexisting shares purchased and new shares issued pursuant to the EnhancedBuyback Facility will be announced in due course.
