Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at close of business on 31 March 2007 per was;

101.87p per Ordinary 1p Share 102.54p per Ordinary 1p Share
Both figures include the final dividend of 1.4 pence per Ordinary 1p Share payable on 18 May 2007 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 20 April 2007.
