Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Company") 19 March 2014 Net Asset Value Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value pershare of the Company as at close of business on 31 December 2013 was 102.18pence, an increase of 5.43 pence over the net asset value per share of 96.75pence at 30 September 2013. The Company is planning that its next allotment , pursuant to the Mobeus VCTs'Linked Offer for Subscription launched on 28 November 2013, will be on oraround 31 March 2014. The Company expects to publish its audited annual results for the year-ended 31December 2013 on or around 14 April 2014.
