The Company announces that on 14 January 2015, the following directors of the Company and their connected persons were allotted and issued the numbers of ordinary shares of
1 penny each ("Shares") at a deemed issue price of 95.4 pence per share. The allotments were made under the Offer for Subscription launched on 10 December 2014.
