Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares

As announced on 11 February 2013, the Company has received applications in excess of £1.0 million pursuant to its Offer for Subscription which opened on 23 January 2013 and is, therefore, now closed.

Subsequent to previous allotments of shares on 4 March and 5 April 2013, the Company has issued and allotted a further 456,184 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each on 26 April 2013 pursuant to the Offer and, as a result, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 60,884,425. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 35.39p per Ordinary Share.
