New Divisional Structure "teach-in" presentation
Meggitt PLC ("Meggitt" or "the Group"), a leading international company specialising in high performance components and sub-systems for the aerospace, defence and energy markets, today announces it will host a presentation for analysts to provide further details on the company's new divisional structure and changes in the presentation of reporting.
As previously announced on 2 July 2018, the current structure of capability-based business units will be replaced by four customer-focused divisions with effect from 1 January 2019.
The presentation and conference call will be held at 12pm on Monday 10 December. The presentation slides will be posted on the Meggitt Investors website homepage on the morning of the event.
