The Company has been notified today that on 29 September 2017 the following directors and PDMR purchased ordinary shares of 5p each using cash dividend funds paid by Meggitt PLC on 29 September 2017 - this is a scheme operated by Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited on shares held in a vested share account in the Meggitt Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust. The purchase price was 523.00 pence per share.
