McCarthy & Stone plc (the "Group"), the UK's leading developer and manager of retirement communities, is pleased to announce that Geeta Nanda, an existing Non-Executive Director of the Group, has been appointed as Chair and the Non-Executive Director lead for the Group's newly formed Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee. The Committee will be responsible for making recommendations regarding the Group's employees, environmental, societal and community engagement and its sustainability activities.
