Listing Application
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 379,023 Ordinary shares of 8 pence each in McCarthy & Stone plc to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the rules of the Company's Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan.
They will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
Admission is expected to be effective on 14 April 2020.
