Block Listing Application
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 8 pence each in McCarthy & Stone plc to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (700,000 Ordinary shares) and Sharesave Plan (300,000 Ordinary shares).
They will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
Admission is expected to be effective on 2 February 2017.
