Dividend Forecast and Unaudited Net Asst Value
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC announce that the NAV (unaudited) per Ordinary share as at 31 December 2009 is 89.7p. The Directors forecast that the final dividend per Ordinary share will be 2.5p, bringing the total dividend for the year ended 31 December 2009 to 3.5p.
The NAV (unaudited) per S Ordinary share at 31 December 2009 is 94.4p and the final dividend forecast is 0.5p per S Ordinary share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 1.5p per share.
