Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Manx Telecom Plc (AIM: MANX), the leading communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, confirms that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts (the "2016 Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2016.
The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 9:00am on Wednesday 14 June 2017 at Manx Telecom plc, Isle of Man Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan, Isle of Man IM99 1HX.
The notice of AGM and 2016 Annual Report have been posted to shareholders and electronic copies of these documents are available on the Company's website (www.manxtelecom.com) via the Investors section of the site.

§ Manx Telecom is the leading communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, offering a wide range of fixed line, broadband, mobile, and data centre services to businesses, consumers and the public sector on the Isle of Man as well as a growing portfolio of innovative hosting and "Smart SIM" solutions to off-Island customers.

§ The Isle of Man has a resilient and growing economy which has experienced 31 years of unbroken GDP growth. Unemployment is low at 1.3 per cent, and there is a zero per cent corporate tax rate which applies to the vast majority of Manx Telecom's business and means that the Group currently pays no corporation tax on its annual profits.
