Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to Shareholders.
Copies of both documents are now available on its investor relations website at https://investors.manolete-partners.com/results-reports/results-centre.
The AGM will be held by video conference at 10:30am on 22 September 2020. Due to the continued restrictions on gatherings, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the meeting in person but any shareholder who wishes to watch the proceedings and the Chief Executive's presentation may register to do so by emailing manolete@instinctif.com by no later than 17 September 2020.
