Admission to AIM & First Day of Dealings
Manolete Partners Plc, a leading UK insolvency litigation financing company, is pleased to announce that admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital, which comprises 43,571,425 ordinary shares, to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange will take place and dealings will commence at 08:00 today under the ticker "MANO". Based on the placing price of 175 pence per share, the market capitalisation on Admission will be £76.3 million.
