Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company")
Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 18 February 2020 options were granted over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and other employees, in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), with certain options being granted under the Company share option plan ("LTIP CSOP") (the "Grant").
The table below sets out all grants made under the LTIP to Directors and PDMRs:

The awards were made as market value priced options and the exercise price was determined by reference to the previous dealing day's closing middle market price. The awards are not subject to the achievement of performance conditions. The normal date of vesting for these options will be 18 February 2023 and the last date for exercise will be 18 February 2030.
In addition to the LTIP grants set out in the above table, options over a further 5,000 Ordinary Shares were granted to a senior employee, with an exercise price of £2.63.
