Board change
Marechale Capital announces that Robin Black will be stepping down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 28 June 2013. Following this the Board will comprise Mark Warde-Norbury and Patrick Booth-Clibborn, as executive directors, and Lord Flight and Jon Pither, as non-executive directors; the Board believes this structure to be appropriate for the Company given its size and the current scale of its operations.
Chairman of Marechale Capital, Mark Warde-Norbury, commented:
