In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and DTR 3, LSL was notified on 17th June 2021 that Jon Round, PDMR, sold in the market 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each for a price of £4.58 per ordinary share on 17th June 2021. Following this transaction, Jon Round's total shareholding in LSL (including shares held in LSL's Share Incentive Plan) is 116,261 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of issued share capital.
