London Stock Exchange Group plc: Investor Education Event
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) today hosts a second Investor Education Event, following the initial event earlier this year on 2 July. Today's event will focus on two businesses within the Group's Data & Analytics division that were not featured previously, Investment Solutions and Wealth Solutions, and the FX trading business within the Group's Capital Markets division.
The event will be hosted by David Schwimmer, CEO, and Anna Manz, CFO, together with the four speakers: Lea Carty (Group Head of Investment Solutions), Sabrina Bailey (Group Head of Wealth Solutions), Murray Roos (Group Head of Capital Markets), and Neill Penney (Group Head of FX).
The presentations will provide insight into the market landscape, operational focus and growth opportunities for the featured businesses, driven by the continuing influence of macro trends such as regulation, developments across technology, and evolving customer demands.
LSEG re-iterates the growth ambitions provided in July, for Data & Analytics revenues to grow by 4%-6% annually over the medium term, in line with expected total addressable market growth. Revenues of Investment Solutions and Wealth Solutions are anticipated to grow by a high single-digit percentage, and a low to mid single-digit percentage respectively on an annual basis over the medium term.
The FX business benefits from a strong global presence, extensive product offerings in both the dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-customer segments, and efficient end-to-end offering with the Group's data and post trade businesses. FX is well-positioned for continued growth in electronic trading, which will be further strengthened by migration to new technology in the dealer-to-dealer segment and enhanced service capabilities.
Investments across the businesses in technology, platforms and new products are all included in existing capex and cost guidance, as previously disclosed. No new financial targets will be provided as part of today's event.
