London Stock Exchange Group plc (the "Company") announces that Anna Manz, Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will join the Board of AstraZeneca PLC as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2023. Anna will step down as a Non-Executive Director of ITV plc at the end of August this year.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
