London Stock Exchange Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that Ashok Vaswani, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive of Kotak Mahindra Bank, subject to shareholder approval. Ashok is expected to take up this position no later than 1 January 2024.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
