Share dealings by persons connected to Acheron Capital Limited

 

The Company announces that on 28 June 2018 it was informed by Tomson PTE. Ltd. ("Tomson") that its holdings in the Company's share capital, as of 28 June 2018 were as follows:

\* Tomson also has an indirect interest in 1,239,349 B Ordinary Shares

 

Tomson, a company incorporated in Singapore, is wholly owned by Mr Jean-Michel Paul, a director of Acheron Capital Limited, the Investment Manager of the Trusts that underlie the Company. It has expressed an intention to increase its holding in the A Ordinary shares, prior to 31 December 2018, to 1 million shares.

 

Tomson has a direct interest in 1,386,971 shares of the Company, representing 1.95% of the total issued share capital.
