Total Voting Rights
Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, announces that, the total issued share capital of the Company as at 30 November 2020 comprises 867,785,004 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 867,785,004.
This figure includes the following recent issues of new Ordinary Shares as announced by the Company:
- 55,883,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants as announced on 30 November 2020 which will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 04 December 2020.
- 770,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants as announced on 27 November 2020 due to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 03 December 2020
- 3,063,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants as announced on 25 November 2020 were admitted to trading on AIM on 01 December 2020.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
