Director's shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mr John Greenall, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 17,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent toĀ 0.06Ā per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 26 pence per share.Ā
Following the above purchase, Mr Greenall holds 22,880 Ordinary Shares, equivalent toĀ 0.08Ā per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.Ā Further to the announcement made earlier today, Mr Greenall's shareholding will be equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the enlarged issued voting share capital, following admission of the placing shares.
