Grant of share options to Directors
Lansdowne,Β the Dublin-based independent exploration company, announces that it hasΒ granted a total of 900,000 share options toΒ the executive directorsΒ as follows:
Stephen Boldy -Β Chief Executive 400,000
Emmet Brown - Business Development Director 400,000
Chris Moar - Finance DirectorΒ 100,000
The options have an exercise price ofΒ 31.50pΒ per share and may be exercised in whole or part betweenΒ 6 JuneΒ 2011 andΒ 5 JuneΒ 2018 provided that certain performance targets are met.Β
Following this grant the totalΒ holdings of theΒ directorsΒ concerned areΒ as follows:
