PDMR/DIRECTOR DEALINGS
LondonMetric Property Plc ("Company") announces the vesting of previous share awards and part disposal by Directors of shares to meet associated tax liabilities arising from vesting.
In respect of prior year share awards, the following ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") have vested:
· 225,883 Shares relating to grants under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan 16 June 2017
Details of vesting and disposals in respect of notifiable interests are set out below.
