Cancellation of Warrants
The Company announces that 3,924,000 warrants, awarded at the time of the Company’s admission to AIM, have been cancelled which include 1,308,000 warrants beneficially owned by Dominic White, a director of the Company.
Following the cancellation of the warrants, the Company has 654,000 warrants in issue. The issued share capital of the Company comprises 65,400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
