Publication of Proxy Statement
The Company's Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, dated 29 April 2020 (the "Proxy Statement"), has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at:

A copy of the Proxy Statement is also available to view on the Investors' page of the Company's website at www.kosmosenergy.com and Forms of Instruction will posted to shareholders in due course.
In addition, on 12 May 2020, the Company filed a Schedule 14A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") announcing that the 2020 annual stockholders meeting will be held in a virtual meeting webcast format only, at 8:00 a.m. CDT (2:00 p.m. BST) on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
