TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings
This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
On 2nd October 2017, the Company was informed that Waheed Alli, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 4,714,286 Koovs plc shares from Silvergate Investments into his own name.
As Waheed Alli was the sole shareholder of Silvergate Investments there has been no change in the beneficial owner of the shares and his holding remains unchanged at 19.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
