Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

 

Kromek (AIM: KMK), a radiation detection technology company focusing on the medical, security and nuclear markets, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 26 September 2017 at the NETPark Incubator Building, North East Technology Park, Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, County Durham, TS21 3FD.

 

The notice of AGM and form of proxy, along with the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2017, have been posted to shareholders and copies are available from the Company's website: www.kromek.com.
