16 September 2025: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction made by Chris Blatchford, Chief Technology Officer (a PDMR), which occurred on 15 September 2025.
Chris acquired 62 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
