18 November 2024: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction made by Chris Blatchford, Chief Technology Officer (a PDMR), which occurred on 15 November 2024.
Chris acquired 51 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
