Kin and Carta plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 April 2020, J Schwan, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has for personal estate planning purposes, transferred a total of 7,127,061 ordinary shares in the Company from several limited liability companies that he controls with his spouse to Marie James Capital, LLC. J Schwan controls, and, along with his spouse, is deemed to be interested in all the shares in Kin and Carta plc held by Marie James Capital, LLC.
