Total Voting Rights
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, confirms that as at today's date, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 350,940,442, which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company holds 4,571,744 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the Kape Technologies plc Employee Benefit Trust holds 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, the voting rights to which have been waived. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital is 359,512,186 Ordinary Shares of US$0.0001 each.
