Exercise of Options

Jaywing plc (AIM: JWNG), announces that options to subscribe for an aggregate of 185,869 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have today been exercised by certain directors of the Company, pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan.
Directors Robert Shaw, CEO UK & Australia and Adrian Lingard, COO, have exercised options over 124,869 Ordinary Shares and 61,000 Ordinary Shares respectively. Following this exercise, Robert Shaw and Adrian Lingard will hold a total of 124,869 Ordinary Shares and 61,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company respectively.
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 185,869 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 20 April 2017.
Following Admission, the Company will have 86,895,767 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
