In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31st July 2024 the Company's share capital consists of 60,145,653 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 3,128,295 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 31st July 2024, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 57,017,358.
The above figure (57,017,358) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
