On 9 March 2018, Intertek Group plc ('the Company') was notified of the following transaction which took place in London with respect to Edward Leigh, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a PDMR, relating to the vesting of share awards.
Following the vesting of awards of shares under the Intertek Long Term Incentive Plan the subsequent number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the capital of the Company were, respectively, acquired and cash settled to cover tax and NI liabilities, on 9 March 2018.
