Annual Report 2019 and Notice of AGM
Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), the leading consultant for energy procurement, utility cost optimisation and legislative compliance in the UK and Ireland, has today issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2019 with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy. Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM are also available at www.inspiredplc.co.uk.
The Group's AGM will be held at 10.00am on 30 June 2020 at the offices of Gateley Plc, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester M2 4WU.
In light of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Board continues to closely monitor the rapidly changing situation. The health of our shareholders, employees and stakeholders remains extremely important to us and accordingly, the Board has taken into consideration the social distancing guidance published by the UK Government. Shareholders are therefore requested not to attend the AGM as the Company will not be able to allow entry to anyone seeking to attend the AGM in person. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy.
The Company will convene the AGM with the necessary quorum of two shareholders and will include all valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form) in its polls at the AGM and the Chair of the meeting will call for a poll on each resolution. The Company accordingly requests that shareholders submit their proxy votes in respect of the resolutions as set out in this Notice, electronically or by post in advance, in accordance with the instructions set out.
Shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Company in writing, no later than Friday 26 June to inspired@almapr.co.uk with details of their name and shareholding and the Company will endeavour to respond to the key themes of the questions.
